We are doing registration in two parts
this year.
Please read the Registration Cover Letter and Registration Booklet.

The first part consists of filling
out the forms just below.
Since this part is not being done in person, we are relying
on you to read the instruction sheet and fill out the forms
carefully.
When
complete, mail or bring these forms with your tuition/fee payment
to the Faith Formation Office but not before May 19, 2008.

The second part of registration differs
according to the program. For all Elementary classes, there
will be a Placement Day on Sunday, August 24th. You will be
assigned a time slot to come to the Parish Hall and pick your
child’s class time and day. The time slot will be determined
by the order in which we receive your forms. The sooner
you return your forms, the earlier your time
slot and the broader your choices for class day and time. For
all other programs, you will be informed as to the day and time
of the organizational meeting for that program.
Volunteer
Signup Form
Our programs are
large, so everyone’s time and talents are needed. Every
family must choose a volunteer opportunity. The tasks need not
be connected to the program(s) in which your family participates.
In fact, volunteering in a different program can be a great
way to check out other programs and meet new people. Please
note that catechist recruitment will be done after all Masses
the weekend of May 17/18. If you are ministering or planning
to minister as a catechist, your volunteer requirement is waived.
Also, our Preschool program will be run as a co-op, so if you
are a Preschool parent, your volunteer requirement is waived.
